Talisa keeps the transcript, minutes and tasks, and the whole team can see them. Anyone can opt out of transcription, and you can pause Talisa at any time.
No rankings, no public blame
The team sees team totals. Each person sees their own commitments and gets their own reminders.
No reading private notes
Your notes are yours. Not even the team lead can read them.
No data outside the EU
The service runs on our own servers in Finland.

Before you accept
Who is Talisa?
Talisa is an AI agent, not a person. She is the facilitator built into Talisa: she hears everyone on the call, speaks with a synthetic voice, and works with your team's tools. Talisa is her default name and voice, and you can change both.
Where do the meetings happen?
In your team's own room in the browser: one permanent link, sign-in with Google, nothing to install. Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams are on the roadmap.
Will Talisa talk over people?
No. She speaks when the agenda gives her the floor, when someone calls her by name, or when a timer runs out, and then she waits for a pause. Otherwise she raises her hand on screen and you decide whether to give her the floor.
What if Talisa gets something wrong?
Every status change she makes has an Undo button and a Jira comment with the quote it came from. When she isn't sure, she asks the person or you. New tasks reach Jira only after you confirm them.
Does Talisa record our calls?
No audio or video is recorded. Talisa keeps the transcript, the minutes and the tasks, and the whole team can see them. Anyone can opt out of having their voice transcribed.
Which languages does Talisa speak?
English at launch. More languages will follow.
What exactly does the $10 cover?
Your first three months on the plan you pick, counted from the day your room is ready. After that the regular monthly price applies, and you can cancel at any time. If you change your mind before launch, write to us and we'll refund the $10 in full.
When can we start?
We're onboarding teams in small waves, in the order they signed up. Teams that reserved a spot go first. We'll email you a week before your room is ready.
