Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data the Talisa website collects and what we do with it. Talisa is operated by Aleksei Grebenkin, who is the data controller. Contact: aleksey.v.grebenkin@gmail.com.

1. What we collect on this site

• Waitlist form. Your work email, your role, team size, where your meetings happen, your task tracker and the plan you picked.
• Technical data. The page you came from, campaign tags in the link, and standard server logs (IP address, browser, time of request).
• Payment. If you reserve a spot, the payment is handled by Paddle. We receive your email, country, the amount and the payment status. We never see or store your card details.

The site also keeps your form answers in your own browser so you do not have to type them twice. We do not use advertising cookies.

2. Why we use it

• To add you to the early access list and write to you about it (your consent, which you can withdraw at any time).
• To take and refund the deposit (performing our agreement with you).
• To understand which teams are interested and to keep the site secure (our legitimate interest).

We do not sell your data and do not send marketing from third parties.

3. Who else processes it

• Hetzner hosts the site and the waitlist on servers in Finland.
• Paddle processes payments as the Merchant of Record and has its own privacy policy.
• Our email provider, when we write to you.

4. How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until early access ends or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Server logs are kept for up to 90 days. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.

5. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to its use, or withdraw your consent. Write to aleksey.v.grebenkin@gmail.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.

6. The product itself

This policy covers the website and the waitlist. When your team starts using Talisa in meetings, we will give you a separate notice that covers transcripts, minutes and connected tools before any meeting data is processed.

7. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email everyone on the list before the change takes effect.
