Terms of Service

Last updated: October 6, 2026

These terms cover the Talisa website and the early access programme. Talisa is an AI facilitator for team meetings, operated by Aleksei Grebenkin ("we", "us"). By joining the waitlist or reserving a spot you agree to these terms.

1. Early access

Talisa is in development and is not generally available yet. Joining the waitlist is free and does not oblige you to buy anything. We invite teams in waves and will email you when your room is ready.

The demo on this site shows a made-up team. The voices in it are synthetic. Features shown may change before launch.

2. Founding offer and price

The founding offer is a one-time payment of $10 that covers your first three months of Talisa, starting on the day your team room is ready. After those three months the regular price is $200 per month. We will ask you to confirm before any recurring billing starts; the $10 payment does not start a subscription on its own.

The deposit is refundable in full until your room is ready. See the Refund Policy.

3. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries related to payments and handles returns. Paddle's own terms apply to the purchase, and prices may have tax added depending on your country.

4. Your account and your team

You confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are allowed to sign your team up. When the service launches, you are responsible for telling your team that an AI facilitator takes part in the meeting and that the meeting is transcribed.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the site or the service to break the law, to harm others, to probe or disrupt our systems, or to copy the product. We may suspend access that puts the service or other customers at risk.

6. Your content

What your team says and writes in Talisa stays yours. You give us permission to process it only to provide the service to you: to run the meeting, write the minutes, and update your tasks. We do not use your content to train models for other customers.

7. AI output

Talisa is an AI system and can make mistakes. Minutes, task updates and suggestions are drafts for your team to check. Decisions stay with your team.

8. Availability and liability

The site and the early access service are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

9. Changes and ending

You can leave the waitlist or cancel at any time by writing to us. We may change these terms; if a change matters, we will email everyone who has reserved a spot before it takes effect.
