Refund Policy

This policy covers the Talisa founding offer: a one-time payment of $10 for your first three months.

1. Before your room is ready

You can get the full $10 back at any time before we tell you your team room is ready. No reason is needed.

2. After your room is ready

Once your room is ready, the deposit pays for your first three months and is no longer refundable, except where consumer law in your country gives you that right.

3. If we do not launch

If we decide not to launch Talisa, or cannot offer your team a room, we will refund every deposit in full without being asked.

4. How to ask

Write to aleksey.v.grebenkin@gmail.com from the email you paid with, or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for our orders and returns the money to the original payment method. Refunds usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

5. Your legal rights

This policy adds to the rights you have under consumer law in your country and does not limit them.
